Adam – Upwardly Global – Both of my parents immigrated to the U.S. from different parts of Asia. Upwardly Global assists hundreds of immigrant and refugee green card holders each year to overcome employment barriers. Upwardly Global values the hard-earned college degrees and skill sets of immigrants and believes that immigrants can better their communities. Far too often we encounter an engineer, a surgeon, or a teacher from a developing country who is now living and working in the U.S. as an Uber driver, waitress, or janitor. Upwardly Global is committed to improving the lives of all Americans, and a contribution to Upwardly Global would mean support for countless communities in the U.S. Click here to visit their website :: Click here to donate

Adam – Medical-Legal Partnership for Children in Hawai`i (MLPC) – Hawai`i is unique in its islands being home to native Hawaiians and other descendants of Oceania. For those of us living on the U.S. mainland, the history of the overthrow of the Hawaiian kingdom and the ongoing plight of native Hawaiians is often forgotten. MLPC offers an innovative partnership between legal and medical professionals to serve primarily pacific islanders in overcoming legal barriers to access to healthcare. MLPC offers legal services in medical exam rooms as a comprehensive approach to improving the overall health of its clients. Click here to visit their website :: Click here to donate
